Shipping & Returns

We ship only via USPS priority and express mail every week on Monday. You will be notified via email the day your order ships, and will be able to access tracking data by clicking on the link provided in this email or using this tracking code on the USPS website. Please allow three full business days after the Monday following your order to receive your chile and if you still have not, contact us and we will address the problem immediately.

As we deal in perishable produce, we are unable to unconditionally guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition; however, we have been shipping our produce through the USPS for over ten years and trust them to do everything necessary to get our product to you in great shape. If you are dissatisfied with your product, contact us and we will work together on a solution. We do not issue refunds, but rather replace orders with only a shipping charge, and promise to do our best to satisfy you, our customers.

For shipments outside the contiguous US, we suggest that Express Mail be selected as the shipping option. Oftentimes, Priority Mail does not make it before the weekend and the chile rots.

Orders placed after 4 PM on Sunday night will not go out till the following week.
